MONT REAGA WHITE - Sauvignon Blanc - Fermented and aged for 6 months in barrels

Tasting Sheet

Vineyard certified in organic agriculture, soils with a tendency towards clay where we have sought to enhance the fruity character, partially controlling the sunlight on the grapes.

  • Production : Direct pressing of the harvested grapes at low temperature. Low-temperature fermentation of perfectly clean musts begins in stainless steel tanks before entering the barrel to develop the final part of this process inside.
  • Aging : fermented and aged on its lees, up to 6 months in French and American oak barrels.
  • Tasting notes : Yellow colour with green reflections and golden tones on the edges, good intensity, clean and transparent. Intense nose with floral aromas and balanced notes of tropical fruit typical of Sauvignon Blanc and those of wood (toasted bread). On the palate it is forceful, fresh and fun and at the same time sweet, tasty and full-bodied. A serious, complex and powerful white wine.
  • Consumption : it is recommended to drink it at a low temperature (10 - 12º C) as it will enhance its fresh sensations. Ideal for dressing the table and pairing with a wide range of foods. Perfect with elaborate rice dishes and fish with sauces and flavours. It is essential with soft meats.
