Tasting Sheet

  • Vineyards certified in organic farming , soils with a tendency towards clay, where we have sought to enhance the fruity character, partially controlling the sunlight on the grapes.
  • Preparation : Selective maceration to extract aromas and structure with good smoothness. Matured on its fine lees.
  • Tasting : Straw yellow colour with bright greenish reflections. Bright and clean. Intense nose with fruity aromas. Hints of citrus, flowers with notes of fennel and anise. Fresh and easy on the palate, very pleasant balanced acidity. Fruity, light and easy to drink.
  • Consumption : it is recommended to drink it at a low temperature (7°C) as this will enhance its pleasant freshness. It is perfect as a traditional aperitif or as an accompaniment to pasta, salads and starters. It is also perfect for informal parties where wine will be part of the joy of those relaxed moments.
